Chudleigh Park Sassafras

Nestled in the heart of Sassafras, Dandenong Ranges, Chudleigh Park offers an exclusive retreat just 300 metres from the village centre.

Set on a secluded five-acre botanical estate, this historic property—established in 1902, has become a celebrated local landmark, luxury escape and sought-after film location.
The estate is lined with 120+ year old Sequoia Trees, planted by Thomas Henry Bunning in 1902, making them some of the largest trees in the area.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Dandenong Ranges National Park, guests can enjoy direct access to scenic walking and cycling trails, as well as peaceful on-site paths through botanical gardens.

Chudleigh Park hosts three private treetop cottages designed for a romantic, luxury escape, offering complete seclusion and tranquillity.

We are a family-run business and live onsite in the residence at Chudleigh Manor, which is situated on the opposite side of the estate, ensuring privacy and an uncompromising guest experience.

Chudleigh Park also offers the perfect backdrop for engagements, intimate weddings, hens parties and other celebrations.
Customisable options such as garden-only hire or exclusive cottage and garden packages are available.
